Will Deschamps, Chair of the Montana Republican Party, made the following statement about the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals ' ruling that Obamacare is unconstitutional:

"Forcing American citizens against their will to buy government-approved health insurance is unconstitutional. So ruled the 11th circuit court of appeals today. Let's not forget that Jon Tester was the 60th -- excuse me, 52nd -- vote for this. He voted to force his people to buy something they didn't want. Also don't forget that Steve Bullock dismissed this challenge to Obamacare as frivolous and partisan, once upon a time. It's time for him to apologize to the Legislators who asked him to include Montana in this lawsuit."
