The Supreme Court announced that they will hear the lawsuit against ObamaCare. Will Deschamps, Chairman of the Montana Republican Party, made the following statement.

ObamaCare forces Montanans against their will to buy government-approved health insurance, over and over and over again for the rest of their life. And yet our Attorney General refused to defend his people  from this assault on their civil liberties. Why? Because his political party is the party of ObamaCare: Jon Tester voted for it. Max Baucus 'authored' it without reading it. State insurance commissioner Monica Lindeen wants to implement it against the will of the people and the Legislature. Jesse Laslovich, candidate for Attorney General, was the leading lobbyist for it in the Legislature. President Obama gave them their marching orders. The Montana Democrat Party is the party of ObamaCare. Not one single one of their candidates has defended us from this assault on our civil liberties. Not one.

If you want ObamaCare repealed -- and somewhere between 57-66 percent of Montanans do -- there is only one party that will help you achieve that goal: the Montana Republican Party.
